SERVING IN THE MICRONESIA GUAM MISSION
"And now, my sons, remember, remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall." -Helaman 5:12

short and sweet

Hey Mom!

I am doing really good. How are you doing?

Missionary work has been going fairly good. One of the less active members we have been working with has started coming to church and he just received a calling. He seems really happy about it! He has been a member for a while and has been to the temple but went less active! We found some new people to teach and picked up some old people. They are all progressing little by little!

I think there are a few missionaries in our mission who are thinking about attending BYU Idaho too. Some of the guys from Guam and Saipan are already there!

You asked what I need.....some white shirts, short sleeve, maybe 2, yeah 2! I would really appreciate it! We are having fun as missionaries. We have a big activity planned to bring people to the church and alot of people have committed to bring their friends!

Nothing else is new in Guam. We are really low on miles so we have been doing alot more walking; it's really fun, but my feet hurt badly.

Love Elder Kearl
